How Our Delivery Works:

Our Ibiza Warehouse
Our Mainland Spain Distribution Centre

You may see two different delivery prices for items. A higher price typically means the item is shipping from Ibiza, while a lower price means it is available from our mainland stock. This system allows us to offer the most competitive rate based on your location.

The easiest way to get a precise delivery cost is to contact us with your postal code. We will immediately check our stock and provide you with a total price that includes shipping to your address.

After You Order

Smaller Items:

Dispatching: Items are typically dispatched within 2 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Shipping: We ship with trusted transport companies that provide online tracking.

Larger Items & Furniture:
For bulkier products, we work with a network of specialist carriers to find you the best rates. Please contact us before ordering for a custom shipping quote to any area or country. We will source the most reliable and cost-effective option for you.

Important Information

Shipping Fees: Our shipping costs include secure packaging materials, handling, and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs are based on the total size and weight of your shipment.
Grouping Items: To save on shipping, we recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We are unable to combine separate orders placed at different times, and standard shipping fees will apply to each one.
Packaging: We take special care in packaging your items. Fragile objects are expertly protected in generously sized boxes to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition.
